Our Founder
Stéphan Montigaud is a seasoned tech-and-business leader with 25 years of experience at the crossroads of strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. An engineer (CentraleSupélec & Mines ParisTech) with an MBA from INSEAD, he began his career by co-founding FullSIX in Paris and later built the group’s Asia-Pacific operations in Shanghai, helping grow the agency network to €100 million in revenue. After senior global marketing roles at Covestro, he returned to France to become Deputy CEO & Head of Operations at La Poste Group’s data-marketing arm ISOSKELE, where he led large-scale operations, IT, and AI programmes. 
Early 2025, Stéphan founded Aikumi Partners to channel this blend of creative vision and technical rigour into practical, responsible Agentic-AI solutions. His mission is to help organisations unlock sustainable growth by pairing human expertise with next-generation AI—turning today’s challenges into opportunities for positive societal impact.
